Since commercializing our Pouch Dispensing System(SDM Series)and moving into the food industry in 1971,we have been developing our intricate pouch supply system to be faster,more streamlined,automated and more enegy efficient.Our first task in pouch supply operations was to process connected pouches by loading contiruous pouches once every set number or winding contiruous pouches by using the pouch winder.Contiruous pouches processed when connected can,by using the pouch dispenser,be supplied automatically,contributing towards a more hygienic,efficient and automated factory.

The pouch dispenser is the equipment which cuts the pouch ( the wallet ) which was prepared like a package of the ream to the bagful ( the multiple string package is possible ) constant rate?and then dispense right in the pitch on the conveyor line, and so on.

The pouch stocker is the equipment to pack in line by making the pouch ( the wallet ) which was cut by single package or the number ream package with the high-speed liquid filler sending it to the pitch dispensing part , fall levelly to the box by the conveyance conveyor.

* It used the turn shutter method of AC servo motor built-in for the pitch dispensing unit.
